sales experience. Retail-IT enabled HELIO’s sales representatives to collect vital sales and customer statistics in target markets. Retail-IT also enabled
HELIO to assess key trends and to gain strategic insights that allowed them to continue their rapid business expansion.
Results

Teashop 168
Teashop 168, the largest bubble tea chain in Canada, implemented Retail-IT as their pilot restaurant management system at a recently opened franchise location.
It is their plan to upgrade their existing POS systems at other locations in the near future.

Project Information
Teashop 168 is the largest bubble tea franchise chain in Canada, offering bubble tea beverages and Taiwanese cuisine. Teashop 168 initially chose to implement Retail-IT
as a pilot restaurant franchise retail management system at a recently opened franchise location; now they plan to deploy Retail-IT at the rest of its franchise locations in the near future.
Teashop 168 is known for selling a wide variety of specialized drinks – the customer starts with a flavor of tea, and form there adds any combination of flavours and modifiers that they desire.
As well, Teashop 168 has intricate discounts and promotional needs, and has a sophisticated customer loyalty and rewards program. Further, Teashop 168 required a very powerful yet intuitive touch screen interface.
Retail-IT delivered all of this capability in a relatively straight-forward fashion, requiring only minor customization to the core product. As well, we worked with Teashop to create an adjustable product display menu that presents the most popular items for each location on the main screen, ensuring even faster service at each Teashop 168 store.
Results
With Retail-IT’s web-based architecture, Teashop 168’s pilot project went live very quickly and management improved sales and accounting management processes with Retail-IT’s detailed Daily Retail reports.
